The sun role in your hair, skin and eyes

As long as I have been told that the Sun provides vitamins to the skin, hair and eyes, I have always been an advocate for the sun. With time, it seems, eye doctors now say that it is possible for your eyes to have too much eye exposure to UV Light from the sun and that it can cause cataracts, macular degeneration and make you at risk for other eye diseases. Eye doctors recommend the usage of Eyewear to "block" the sun waves and "protect" your eyes.

In contrary, the World Health Organization continues to recommend sun exposure to prevent and reduce bone diseases, heart diseases, forms of cancer and improve overall health. Exposure to the sun, which produces the dark matter or substance called Melanin, explains in a sense the overall health or your body, your tissue and your organs.

Skin "Researcher" test determine that long hours under the sun can cause a life threatening form of cancer. The highest receivers of the Ultraviolet light from the Sun is in Australia and Australia has the oldest known people to humanity. So, this theory that the sun has a more negative impact than the support on humanity I start to question and conclude as debunked until I see the Indigenous people of Australia start to deteriorate.

Until I see them wearing shades and UV protection lenses and sunscreen, I will continue to "believe" what I "see"  and that's the role that the sun plays in much of humanity, 90% of the world population.

Rather than some test results or numbers  in forms that include words I can't pronounce; the sun is more than beneficial, it is vital to people who have the same skin hue as the dirt, dessert and other pigmented elements.

Thickness in the hair and the thickness of the recoils in the skin: The dermis in the skin or collagen is rich in fibers that are like our hair, elastin or elastic, that also stretches, coils and recoils. Hair follicles have this same dermis. This "coil" lays solely on people of color and not to non-color people. When hair is blonde or red, this is considered a mutation because the hair lacks no color, no thickness. Usually hair that is blonde is malnutrition hair and doesn't have much "life" to it. People with darker hair have, undeniable, stronger, better and healthier hair thanks to the sun nourishment.

Hue People or people of color, those in-respectably labeled as His-panics or Black/African Americans, have this same common pigment unlike those of albus color in skin and also in hair.

The damage that the sun could cause to non-whites is as slight as a dog being able to drive a straight line. Simply said, the positive affect that the sun, a natural energy source, has on people of color is substantially higher and richer than the effect that takes place in the bodies of non-people of color outer organ and internal ones.

When you watch commercials you have to remember that if you are a person who doesn't resemble the model being used to promote and advertise this product, this product isn't necessarily marketed to you and may be getting manufactured with products that can cause or worsen your natural stage and oil in hair and in skin.

You can buy products that aren't designed with you in mind if you like to because a business man will never turn down money. So, your money will be accepted if you decided to go ahead and still support something that may not be good for your hair texture, your haircare regime and the overall health of your hair.

Most likely, nonetheless, because of your hair retaining Melanin deposits, you require different nutrients for your hair. Things made more natural and may be with ingredients from nature it's self. Go in your bathroom and try to read the ingredients in your shampoo and conditioner (might as well read your body wash too, since that is also no good for you).

If you can not pronounce what you are lathering up into your brain and into your hair follicles (which affects hair loss) you need to stay away from it. It isn't hard to make your own diy hair and body care for that matter.

With Colonization came relocation. Whites are those of albus/Caucasian descent who have relocated to places not known to their inhabitant and therefore now are suffering from a cancer of the skin that is taking their lives in huge numbers by direct sunlight contact. Our skin finds nourishment, in fact, total absolute energy and power from the absorption of the sun, having the opposite affect.

Whites in America and in South Africa, another place known to vicious apartheid of the Indigenous people including displacement to make room for more whites under the blazing sun waves; are most likely to get a form of cancer and the most common cancer is skin cancer. Skin cancer affects 1 in 5 of those fair skin. If you are of albus or Caucasian descent and grew up in South African, the chances that you will develop skin cancer is close to 100%, according to

This is not the same for non-whites whether be the sun contact with skin, hair or the eyes. For others, the sun supports hueman life and is vital for earthly entities who need the light of the sun in order to function properly and sufficiently. People of color bodies were created with a auto like alarm clock that tells the body, so to speak, when no more sun absorption is needed.

Sun burns, which are very common amongst white or fair skin and red or blonde hair beings, don't typically affect people of color. The ones who may disagree should first consultant with someone of Caucasian descent and do some comparison of the skin before they really think that their "deep" sun tan is in fact sun burning to the skin.

To sum it up, people of color are walking "natural sun protectors" therefore, chemical artificial ingredients filled into bottle that spray onto your skin as a sun protection factor or SPF is non necessary. Applying sunscreen is only necessary when your body doesn't have a pigment that coexist with the illuminator to the world we call the Sun. Stop wasting money on products that are not good for your skin, hair and eyes and start spending time with the best source that charges absolutely zero to recharge you for days to come in our lives.

The proper care for your eyes, hair and skin begins with the Sun. If you have concerns about the sun and your well being first, examine what you have a concern with and how the sun could possibly assist you with it. If you are warned to stay away from the sun, you most likely don't have Melanin but a gene that doesn't produce Melanin or doesn't produce enough of.

Eye sight with brown eyes and blue eyes

Have your eyes ever felt tired or dry? Maybe irritated or even blurry? Have you seen double after spending hours in front of a computer screen? Has your head hurt or have you gotten overwhelmingly sleepy after being on your computer or cell phone or anything else that's a device?

What has caused 1/3 of all Americans to wear prescribed eye glasses? What has caused our kids to start wearing glasses at 2 years old? I have seen a 2-3 year old in some pretty thick glasses. What has caused this?

Studies have shown bad eye sight is now common and that 50% to 90% of people who work in front of a computer screen has had symptoms of headaches, migraines and eye problems. These are common symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome. Our eyes are being put to work overtime. We are living in the computer world instead of the real one and our eyes are paying a price.

Adults spend a lot of time online because of work but kids are spending equally just about the same amount of time. This not only create present problems but long lasting ones. Our eyes should not be straining as they are. We are over forcing our eyes to focus drastically.

Sitting long hours in front of a screen not only reduces eye health but you are also not allowing your eyes to naturally refresh. This is why many rely on artificial tear drops and eye drops. For your eyes to refresh naturally, your eyes have to blink naturally. Looking into a digital device for periods of time reduces the natural ability for your eyes to blink causing dryness and itchy eyes.

Your eyes and worse; your kids eyes are being over worked to focus on detail really nonexistence. Time spend in front of a device should really be limited up to a couple of hours, especially for kids.

Even though, people who have brown or darker color eyes are less sensitive to light because the pigment in the eyes block the light from the retina; it is still important, if not the absolute more reason why not to spend too much time online and instead turn off from it. If you have blue eyes, because your eyes have less pigment you are more at risk of sensitive to colors because your eyes can't reflect light from the retina as those with darker color eyes.

If kids, particularly those with the pigment hue of black/brown, Would of been left at their natural inhabitant which included no television urgency or electronic dependency, would these kids have better eye sight?

Many think so. Kids need to be outdoors, outside with grass to play in natural light in a world away from digital. Many believe are convinced that the retrogressive strength of eye sight is because of eyes constant contact with changing artificially colors, shapes, movement displayed on TV.

America lifestyle at a youth and under age is very robotic like: Wake up, have cereal, get dress, go to a school they most likely hate to  be at with the exception of recess or lunch and friends. They have the same 8 hour shift adult workers have.

They go home and glue themselves to the TV or to their phone, tablet, laptop, pc, etc. Say it isn't so?

These are one of the main reasons why kids as early as 2 years old are walking around with binoculars or with prescribed eye's.The modern made up world of reality TV and the internet are devastating to not only the human mind but human health.

Carrots and other fruit and vegetable help retain eye strength but if your child or you yourself are spending more than an hour watching Television or on a computer, your health is slowly but surely deteriorating. If you have to be in front of a screen, try taking a break away from it every 20 minutes.

Look away at least 20 feet, take deep breaths and after 20 minutes you can dive on back into the internet world. Doing this helps at least a little retain some of your human eye natural functions.

Most importantly, Vision works by converting the energy of the "light" or the reflection of the color of light into the chemical signifying Melanin. If you are a person who has darker features, the sun should be absorbed from head to feet including not blocking the chemistry between your eyes and the light of the electromagnetic radiation.

How to stop gray hair and grey hair natural remedies

Melanin is formed through cells known as melanocytes. Before hair gets its color, the pigment, Melanin injects itself into the keratin. Keratin cells known as Keratinocytes thereafter, form the coloring on hair and the lack [of color] thereof. Not only is our hair composed of Keratin but also is our skin including the fingernails.

When the hair follicles have a low amount of Melanin, it creates grayish white looking hair. When hair goes completely white that means that the body has shut down its Melanin production.

When you stress and spend minimum time in the outdoors under the sun, you risk at a larger scale of losing Melanin. When the body stresses from society order on how things suppose to be: Job, bills, payments, debt, workplace, health scares, etc, your chances of suffering physical damages such as heart attacks, stomach conditions, headaches that leads to sleep disorders and compromising the Immune system and also complicate your skin and the hair coloring.

Science also gathers that the difference in Melanin dominated people vs. those lacking the Melanin substance plays a very different role.

People of Color or Black people usually tend to gray well into their mid-forties while whites at first place start to gray in their late 20's early 30's. This is decades in difference.

This has something to do with Melanin in another fashion called Canities. Canities is the diminishing of pigment causing a whiteness or gray to the hair.

Hair loss color naturally alters to a recessive color as it does with seniors and others who lack Melanin as they age but it is much more rapid in the non-people of color race.

At any age that you may be and maybe of every race, one should stay away from smoking cigarettes if they are dealing with gray hair. There are chemicals in cigarettes that damage hair follicles not only decreasing both types of Melanin, eumelanin or phaeomelanin, but also causing hair loss.

We all have a genetic determining factor when our hair will also lose the strength of the pigment Melanin but eating a dish full of color can help give the body nutrient promoting Melanin increase.

If you are noticing that new hair is growing in without pigment increasing foods in coloring can help somewhat slow the process of Melanin suppression.

Intakes in green pigments called Chlorophyll in all green foods; earth plants and sea plants as in seaweed, black seeds, black fruits as in blackstrap molasses and wheat grass should be consumed.

A natural and easy remedy to try if you are dealing with one or two or even a couple of white/gray dull hair strands can be possibly treated by applying lemon juice to the area and going outside to have your hair under the sun for some time.

Because people with black or brown hair is Melanin dominating they may have a little more trouble creating a still inferior color from gray to let's say a "organgy brown".

But most likely if your skin produces Melanin your gene's will kick in around the time where everyone with hue, due to age, will becoming unable to produce as strong Melanin as it did when at youth.

Living a stress free life as possible, enjoying the sun and "heating" up natural with the sun heat is the best way to take care of your Melanin and how to retain Melanin compounds from head to the whole body.

How to remove black spots in face naturally

The best method on how to remove black spots in face naturally is always better rather than with chemicals and artificial ingredients found in make-up that over time can worsen the black spots or blemishes and your overall skin appearance.

Removing black spots in face is better done with natural ingredients because your skin recognizes the benefits of natural goods rather than man made ones. Black spots usually begin as brown marks but due to the production of Melanin in that area the color increases when direct or indirect contact with the sun. Because the Sun also plays a role in the development of Melanin it can cause a discoloration in that area since it is sensitive to the exposure.

The best natural ways to remove any marks on the face is to not apply anything to the skin and leaving it at it's natural stage. This includes make-up, lotions, any skin care products that have ingredients that you can't pronounce or have never heard of. If there are ingredients, even one ingredient, that you have never heard of or are not familiar with it is best to not put it on your skin. The reason for this is because most likely these products will not rectify your problematic skin but instead make you dependent to the products that only temporary offer a "quick fix".

Lemon for centuries have been the best natural source in the treatment not only skin discoloration but the whole body wellness. Lemon can be applied to the skin directly and as you know, taking internally by eating it or by drinking it.

When applied to the skin, you can use lemon in just about anywhere you have spots on the body. You can apply lemon on your face, elbows, underarms, legs, feet, etc. Applying lemon will help to decrease the skin discoloration and bring the skin back to it's natural color by naturally bleaching and fading the marks away. Time varies on how quick lemon can treat discoloration on the skin but you can usually notice a different within two weeks if you apply this lemon remedy daily. Sugar, natural brown sugar will also bring your skin color back to it's natural stage. You can cut a lemon and sprinkle some sugar on it and rub it onto your skin in a circulating motion. You can also add some sugar to a teaspoon or so of water or buttermilk and apply it with your fingertips by "exercising" the skin for a few minutes at night.

If your eyes can handle the aroma of onions, slicing an onion and rubbing it on the affected area can also diminish skin discoloring. If the odor of onion is too much to handle alone, you can add honey to the onion slice and apply it in rotating motion to wherever you like. It is also expresses that other natural elements like tomato juice, papaya juice and garlic applied topically also helps eliminate the increase supplement of Melanin in any particular area.

Treating natural causes is best done with ingredients such as these because not only will it treat the problem but it will also provide powerful nourishment for the longevity in your skincare treatment.

Role of Melanin and the benefits of Melanin

Many people, unfortunately, don't know what Melanin is. Those who don't know what Melanin is, ultimately, will not know themselves truly. How you can tell if you have melanin is by first looking at your parents, your family and yourself. Do you have skin that illuminates when in contact with the sun? Does your skin get browner under sunlight? No matter the concentration, from light tan to a dark rich pigment. If your skin has a tint of brown, then congratulations, you have Melanin.

It is easy to know if you have Melanin or if you don't. You can tell if you have Melanin also by your eyes. Do you have a dark coloring to your iris? Are your eyes any shade of brown, dark hazel or green? These hue's come from Melanin, the substance that gives a brown pigmentation to earth entities including huemans. If you have color to your eyes, your body can produce Melanin.

You can distinguish a Melanic person from a nonmelanic person also by the shape of eyes, as in Afro-Asiatic, African/Black and Asian/Naive people. The outline, the configuration of the eye's of Melanic people is a attribute of Melanin.

The same Melanoid features in cheek bones are the mere definition of the quality that Melanin is. The Melanin factor also results in hair and hair texture. Do you have brown or black hair color and curls or coil texture hair?

The darker your hair colour is, the better in essence the hair follicles and properties are. If your hair requires moisturizer this is most likely, because your hair is Melaninated, activated through the energy of the sun, and since it is sitting on top of your head it gets first contact with the sun. Because of this, your hair can become "dry" and therefore, the preservation of your own natural hair oils needs to be moisturized.

Because "black" hair or strong hair, often called "Nappy" hair, retains a-lot of heat that comes from the greatest light source; the sun, hair (since it is a living source) becomes dehydrated (similar to how the body does when the body temp is hot) therefore needing to be "moisturized" and this is done by keeping your hair "hydrated" and avoiding liquidation.

Depending on your hair texture (thick, dark hair) your scalp is actually protected from high UV Sun rays. Not providing proper care and nurture to natural coils and natural hair textures only results in damaged and destructive hair in the long run.

You can also be secure that you have Melanin when your skin actually protects you from how much UV lights your body adsorbs. Your body absorbs the sun "heat" through skin and if you are not sure if you have Melanin, this is by far a certainty you have Melanin when the energy that "burst out" the Sun to planet earth starts to "paint" your skin in shades of brown and retains it through the seasons.

When the skin tans, turn brown in hue, you have melanin and this is one of the greatest ways of being certain that you possess this ubiquitous and amazing, unexplainable chemical that connects just about all living earthly entities.

Melanin is present in the coloring in just about everything imaginable. Flowers, animals, the designs on reptiles and butterflies; in dirt, in the sea and the sea animals. The trees, plants, planets and in you. Source:

Providing help to a Melanoma cancer patient and how to notice the signs of cancer

The very first caretaker job I took on was providing help to a Melanoma skin cancer patient. She was an Irish descendent woman in her mid-40's who I use to call "cannella". This is Spanish for cinnamon because her skin, her hair and her red freckles reminded me of it.

Although at times, I would take notice of her skin complexion, it never was much of a concern. She was very pale and the older the days got, not only did her skin get paler but it also start to get much more delicate to all light in general. This is one sign she says that begin to get her worried.

She found out she had melanoma shortly after she started noticing, what is called the melanoma staging, which is unusual lumps and blotches on her skin. Before going to seek treatment she would always say her skin condition would go away someday but it only worsen.

She was told she had Melanoma, stage II and that it was malignant. In the beginning, she was told she had squamous cell carcinoma, which is a nonmelanoma skin cancer.

Squamous is a form of skin cancer that resembles scales or a flat like thin scale on the skin usually found on the face area including the lips, ear and neck area.

Skin cancer falls into two groups; nonmelanoma and melanoma. Squamous skin cancer is considered nonmelanoma since it forms in cells that develop on sun exposed areas.
Melanoma is skin cancer that forms in the melanocytes, which is the cell that produces Melanin, the skin natural color pigment, usually a brown tint or darker.

The first signs of melanoma, early signs and symptoms of melanoma usually begin with moles. If you are noticing an increase in new moles or changes to your moles that you currently have on the body, these could be warning signs of melanoma.

Signs of nonmelanoma usually begin on your upper body, as I mentioned, your face, neck area, back or chest area. It should be noted that the most common locator of nonmelanoma, called Basal cell carcinoma, is on the nose.

It is reported that basal cell carcinoma is more common than squamous cell skin cancer.

Despite different location sites, shapes and colors the treatment for this cancers are usually followed by the same treatment.

In the case of my skin cancer patient, the lumps that she start to notice increased from 3 to 6 and was told it was spreading rapidly. Because of this reason, if you notice a change in the shape and size of a mole or the color of it, consulting your healthcare provider is crucial and could be life saving.

Caring for a Melanoma cancer patient requires a lot of care, love and patients. Learning of this skin cancer can help you become a better health care provider.

Did Bob Marley die from Melanoma?

Even though it is uncommon for people of color, especially darker pigment people to develop the skin cancer called Melanoma, it can occur, allegedly, in the case of how Bob Marley died. Or is it so rare that this wasn't the case with Bob Marley's death? Did Bob Marley die of Melanoma or from the poisonous wired boots given to him by a former German SS Agent?

The melanoma theory reads that The late Rastafarian, Reggae Artist Bob Marley was one of those rare cases where this type of cancer took a melaninated person life. According to others, however, they refuse to believe that the root of Marley's death was skin cancer in toe nail and instead died from being poisoned with a carcinogen needled placed in boots given to him by a CIA agent and later treated by a former Nazi experimentalist in Germany until his death.

It's report that Melanoma is about 10% hereditary and you are at risk if at least one of your parents is albus, Latin for white.

Bob Marley, born Nesta Robert Marley, father was a white British plantation overseer who was at least 30 years older than Marley's Jamaican mother (most likely who he met at the plantation) and wed when she was a mere teen no older than 17 or 18 years old.

Despite reports that Bob Marley died from the spread of cancer after declining amputation to his toe nail and possibly right foot due to the infection, that grew after years of having an injured and detached toe nail, the mere fact that one of  parents were white is not totally out of the question and neither is the speculations that he was murdered for possibly being "the most dangerous black man in the world".

It is said, Bob Marley died from a skin infection to his toe nail after it was damaged while playing soccer. It could of been amputated but because of Marley beliefs he refused the removal of his big toe.

I knew that Bob Marley died from cancer but I would of never thought of this kind. Nonetheless, people that don't have darker skin, darker hair and eye color are still at a much higher risk of developing this skin disease than people with darker features.

Whichever theory may be the source that sent Bob Marley to his grave, Bob Marley died in 1981, the same year I was born, reportedly from a malignant disease called Melanoma.

The spread of Melanoma causing brain cancer, lung, liver and stomach caused the death of Bob Marley at age 36.

What is Melanoma and why it causes cancer

Melanoma is the most infectious, fatal and dangerous disease since first detected in the early 70's. Why Melanoma is so malignant and vicious studies have yet to determine per contra, the main factor as to what triggers the mutation that leads to rapid cancerous growth is exposure to heat or light absorbed from the sun.

The definition of Melanoma is a tumor that forms in cells that makes melanin but due to the body failure to natural produce the chemical melanin, a tumor instead develops. Every year, cancer takes the lives of more than half a million Americans and it is estimated that over 2 million people are diagnosed with skin cancers annually.

Cancer is the leading cause of death and skin cancer is one of the top 10. Over the last 3 decades, more people have had skin cancer than all other cancers combined. Melanoma is becoming very common amongst whites who lack the production of Melanin therefore being more than 10 times more likely to develop skin cancer than African Americans and any other group who isn't fair skin, have blonde or red hair, freckles and blue or green eye.

According to, one person dies from melanoma every 57 minutes, white men over the age of 50 are at a greater risk and melanoma is the most common cancer for adults ages 25-29.

People who suffer with Melanomas are strongly advised to keep from the sun UV Rays and the artificial exposure to tanning beds or tanning lamps. The signs of skin cancer and the symptoms that define melanoma is raised or what is called melanoma moles, brown spots and metastasis, which is the secondary development of the growth from the primary source of cancer that spreads from one organ to another.

Moles are usually harmless however if you have an abundance of moles you could also be at a greater risk of getting the skin cancer melanoma. If treated early melanoma can be curable but because of it's growth pattern it can be difficult to treat if not recognized prematurely.

The research of melanoma histology is the study of the microscopic structure of tissues. It is important to know the histology of a cancer to determine the type of cancer and the best treatment for the stage the skin cancer is in.

Radiation treatment depends and is offered to skin cancer patients depending on how rapid the diseases is spreading and to where the disease has spread.

Some treatments of melanoma skin cancer varies by stage. The treatment offer to you is unique and several treatments are available to you after your doctor reviews your report and medical history.

Optional treatments such as clinical trials, surgery, systemic therapy, targeted therapy and chemotherapy are some options that are successful or have shown some success in the treatment of melanoma.

Stage 0 is usually melanomas that can usually be removed by surgery since it hasn't grown too deep into the epidermis. This approach consist of the removal of the melanoma and about a margin of 1/5 of an inch of the normal skin around the affected area.

Usually within Stage 1 to 3 cancer, radiation treatment, as in the total removal of where the melanomas is present, is recommended and the new treatments being tested in clinical trials are also discussed from doctor to patients.

Stage 4 melanomas are given Temodar due to the spreading from the official site to the lungs, liver and brain metastases. Temodar melanoma, is a chemo drug that is offered to patients with metastatic melanoma alone or combined with other drugs.

Because almost every part of the human organ can get affected, treatments for recurrent melanoma will usually always be discussed with patients who have the skin cancer melanoma.

If melanoma recurs, it usually comes back in the brain, liver and lungs. Melanoma that comes back in the brain can be hard to treat so routinely check ups wit your doctor is strongly advised.

On the occasion that have concerns or worse, your doctor has revealed the "C" word to you, it is imperative to remain calm until you get a second opinion or outside consultant, get further information on the form of cancer, the length of time you have had it, etc and until you have spoken to a trusted love one.

Marcus Bookstore, Oldest Black Bookstore in the Nation dedication Poem

San Francisco Cali, Marcus Bookstore is important to keep in it's own right it's a living legacy. It's important not only what I read but who telling the story to me.

Black owned bookstores need to stay on heap, black owned bookstore's are as important as the author is to the books I read. I read and I continue to seek when I go to this black owned bookstore that treats me like family. I go to this bookstore to read coming on home soon, hurricane song, stolen legacy.

All things censored, Not yet. Yvette, Joseph and the warmth of other suns.

Would these book be available for me to read comfortably at Borders or Barnes and Nobles?

Black owned bookstores represent more than bookshelves filled with hardcover or softcover book scales. The Richardsons put up their home to bail out students who were arrested for their participation on, you guessed it, some shit racist.

Black owned bookstores demonstrate unity and asserting that what I read is and will be good for me, liberating for the mind, soul and the body, most likely, at least, this is my experience with this CALI bookstore.

These books in black owned bookstores will be observed and most likely glanced at by the owners themselves since we most likely will have the same interest on books that are written by the same damn Melanin man or WO.

As in WOman, I mean, see I read, word.

Words, black owned bookstores providing content of intellectual lecture to the young minds that it created the whole bookstore for.

Please, baby, please stop making this location a business when it begun as our neighborhood baby and we watched it grow.

Books I found at this Black owned bookstore were good for me and I know because I trust the source.

Eyes of the heart, wonderful Ethiopian of the Ancient Cushnite, J California cooper and more, need to read more?

Home of the original bop city, oldest black own bookstore in the nation and because of a bill it's doors could be closed?

I never met Marcus but through his books I was able to meet him.

The  Philosophy and opinions of Marcus Garvey changed Mr & Ms. Richardson outlook too. Learning the legacy of consciousness with this aged black book store that always has a good book stored.

Their is a legacy in our history and historically this also includes Marcus Book stores.

The faces behind this bookstore is what makes the books more extraordinary and a necessity for the young and the old.

This is what it means and what it do to keep this bookstore in our community where others can come to this Nation oldest bookstore and like me who begun going here as a kid to explore and then before I know it turning 34 and still going here to buy more books from this same bookstore.

What do you have in Common with The Ocean?

Besides, the obvious, body of water what you also have in common with the ocean is the type of water it is. Salt Water. Did you know that? Salt Water. There is salt water in our blood, sweat and in our tears that's why the water is salty when we tear up. This is salt. Because of this, you should have more love for the ocean (even take care of it. How? How about seeing the outcome of BP Gulf Oil Spill?). The lifeblood of earth and for yourself without the other it would be hard for one to exist. Spend time by the Salt water in the biggest body of water there is and inhale the air. The body is amazing with basic elements composed of Melanin, cells & Salty water.

JFK good quote: “All of us have in our veins the exact same percentage of salt in our blood that exists in the ocean, and, therefore, we have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears. We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea - whether it is to sail or to watch it - we are going back from whence we came.”

PictureMelanin Hue Chart
Melanin is considered Hueman beings "3rd eye" the Substance chemical that is located in the Center of your Mid brain. Melanin is ubiquitous, found everywhere. All Earthly natural entities have Melanin. Melanin is beyond just providing Color to the Iris, hair & Skin. When describing Melanin, it's most important attributes are just about always left out. This leaves out massive vital information on all the attributes Melanin role play's in our daily lives. The Sun plays a massive role in rhythmic people, cultural tribes, indigenous peoples, their essence and overall performance's & strength's of people with the Melanin protein. Melanin is activated by the Sun & keeps people of color alive by activating the Pineal Glands, through the skin, that allows Melanic People to continue living healthy life's. The Sun was once known to fight any infection or sickness just by letting the sun light energy concentrate into our pineal glands via our skin organ. Sun rays do not cause cancer to people of color, in fact, The Sun rays is exactly what Melanical people need in order to live in the Natural world as Natural inhabitants to planet Earth.

Melanin is also important to our eye sight and it's strength, how we see things and color. Melanin is what brings color to the surface of things and it's color creations range in all color things brown to green. The creativity in Animals skin also is because of Melanin! Colorful animals like "Black Frogs" & Butterflies with the most creative designs & colors are all examples of what Melanin can create in people of color and things of nature. After the Sun sets, Melanin is known to be most productive during the hours that are considered the "devils playground" hours. 11-2 am. During these hours the body should be at it's most comfortable rest, in REM [Rapid Eye Moment] usually around it's 3rd dream as the body does magic and it is important for people of color to know this so they can properly take care of the body - naturally not artificially by man made chemicals and medicine that may counteract toward Melanic People.

There is a different between Melanic People, those who possess Melanin and those who don't, non melanical people usually Albus. Melanin is responsible for gene's, characteristics, traits in people of color and those who may share this Nigra substance are most likely very similar, regardless of region or language spoken. All Melanical people are united by Melanin and therefore, realistically, should be classified, if not politically, by this instead of racial division that simply does just that, divide. Melanin is the reason behind the country named Melanesia and it is also referred to many different "Melanin [] Species by such. Melanin is in every living organism and is absent in albinism which also includes the albino classification Europid's. People of color and non people of color are different by the outer appearance and also by the inner make up of who we are as hue man people. Love you, Love your Melanin. B Melanic!

Dr. Nina Jablonski lecture on Melanin & Darwinism

Picture  Did you watch Dr. Nina lecture on Melanin & Darwinism. What did you think? (If you didn't, you can watch it here Skip to 12:35 if you wanna get right into it!) It may b a couple of things I would probably need some clarification on... but most of the major facts I would have to say I agree with. I loveeee when she says people like Obama shouldn't b behind desk doing desk jobs! She's right! We should be in the Sun! Under it, around it, shade from it, just outside captivating the energy & absorbing it. This is nature & the sun is what gives us ultimate health & life! Love to hear your thoughts! On US President Barrack Obama & his skin complexion:

"He resembles very closely people with modern pigmentation who live in Africa or Southeast Asia. These people have a tremendous potential to tan & develop pigment as a exposure to sun..but they also run the risk of vitamin d deficiency if they have desk jobs like that guy. Let's all wish for his great health & his awareness of his own skin pigmentation".

Reproduction, the male species & synthetic babies in a synthetic modern world

60 yrs ago synthetic chemicals were futuristic., Since then thousands of man made compounds have been created. Of the 80,000 chemicals in use, about 85% have never undergone testing for the impact of the human body! That means all the chemicals in baby items like baby bottles, can goods, beverages, plastic containers even personal care items & hair care products like shampoos & conditioners all contain chemicals that are being released into the air we breath...have never been tested for the affects on human beings and what it will do to them then and in longevity. "When you put lotion on where does it go? It doesn't go into the air, it goes into your body". It penetrates into your skin. "We have covered the Northern Hemisphere...[Related article here]

Infertility Rates are Rising as Sperm Counts Drop

One couple in the film described the waiting room at their infertility clinic as similar to an emergency room – packed with lines extending down the hall. Infertility is more common than many think these days. An estimated 1 in 6 American couples struggle with getting pregnant each year1 and there's compelling evidence that hormone-disrupting environmental chemicals are partly to blame.

The problem with low sperm counts has become so severe that the World Health Organization has had to continually drop what’s considered a ‘normal’ sperm count to lower and lower levels over the last several decades, lest too many men be classified as infertile. Chemicals that may disrupt sperm count

What are the causes of Color?

Do you know what causes the green pigment on plants, grass & vegetables predominately? Do you know what are the causes of color? I wanted to take this time to elaborate on Color & the "liquid sunshine" called Chlorophyll, from the Greek Chloros meaning yellowish green..
As you may already know, people of color & other entities in life have the hue's of black, brown, red & "yellow" due to the production of Melanin (which transmits the heat of the sun into energy that is absorbed to the skin from the sun). But do you know why plants are of color & green like the leaves, tree's & other wildlife?

We all have a pigment that produces color to our skin and like hue mans, other species also have a color that produces pigmentation to them also! Chlorophyll is the reason for the hues in plant life & in animal species. Hue man beings also need chlorophyll & digest it anytime they eat anything that has hue (color) especially if it's green..

Did you know the first Hue man beings were also green?.. More on that when time permits itself to. Do you know everything just about that we intake naturally they have made a pill for? There are even melatonin & chlorophyll herbal supplements. We naturally absorb these energies when contact with the sun or us intake greens.

In the mean time, I would like to reference this website, Chlorophyll absorbs certain wavelengths of light (similar to how hue mans do). It channels the energy of sunlight into chemical energy, converting it through the process of photosynthesis. In photosynthesis, chlorophyll absorbs energy to transform carbon Read more here

Related News: Do you have bad breath or have body odor? Chlorophyll is known to be a natural deodorize.

All green vegetables contain chlorophyll, especially leafy greens such as romaine lettuce, collard greens, parsley and turnip greens. Spinach in particular contains a very high concentration of chlorophyll: about 300 to 600 milligrams per ounce. A small serving of raw spinach every day would more than cover the dosage needed to remedy body odor and bad breath.

Melanin and Chloride. Why eat Green & how to eat green

  • Picture© Helga Kvam

Melanin and greens go hand in hand. If you are not eating enough Chloride, green pigment, these are some reasons why you should. For whatever reason, we are educated; taught and brought up, to discourage vegetables, "greens".
It is portrayed usually tainted and dreadful on just about anything (on ADs, Movies subliminally) to not like vegetables or consider them distasteful and to oppose them rather than embrace and eat them, right?
How many "subliminal" messages do we see on TV  of kids sitting at their table being forced to eat them? I know for a fact that this is done with ill intentions because greens is what hueman beings need in order to fight off all the toxic this society has shaped into our environment.
We have been deterring, embedded constantly to believe "educated - taught" visually through commercials and examples to not partake or enjoy greens, vegetables.
This reason is exploratory since not digesting enough greens is almost life threatening. Sending an unpleasant message at such an early age (to not like greens) only is beneficial to the ones embedding this message because it's not good for the hueman body to go without greens but it is an easy and open gateway to deteriorating your organ and making it immune to diseases, viruses, infections by weakening your immune system & your overall health & body.

The only thing besides water natural hueman beings need is color in their digestions and just about anything green. They prefer you eat a steak or chicken that is the worse at breaking down food energy and most likely will clog your arteries before any gives your body any nutrient or protein.
A salad or GREENS shouldn't be an Appetizer or a "side" item, NO, GREENS SHOULD BE YOUR MAIN MEAL. You want to take care of your body the most natural way possible if you are a person of color, especially.
The reason is because of people of color abundance of Melanin, the reason they are black and brown dominating. Chlorophyll is not only the pigmentation of vegetables, predominately green, it also contributes to how you will live since it absorbs the same light (sunlight) as huemans do & that light in turn turns it into energy (much like it does with hueman beings in day light). Greens also, not only support your immune system its improves it.

Read more on: Why Plants are Green @wisegeek

[Due to its green color, chlorophyll absorbs only part of the available light, so it might be asked why plants do not use a pigment that can use all the available energy: such a pigment would be black, as it would absorb all the light that strikes it].
    How to eat greens

You can eat greens, raw, cooked, boiled, steamed, grilled, in liquid (shakes). You can eat & cook greens just like you would with meat but in less time since cooking usually doesn't retain all the nutritional values (fiber, minerals, protein, calcium, folate and potassium, vitamins A, B, C & K - everything man made chemical pharmaceutical drugs can't and will never do).
You can eat greens by themselves (spinach, kelp, mustard greens, cucumbers, etc) or together in a salad tossed with romaine lettuce, or you can eat greens cooked right along with some fish like salmon, or shrimp, or in a bowl with some wild rice or whatever favorite cuisine you like. Like ranch dressing? Dip cauliflower florets or broccoli in it!
Greens, red, purple, green or cream, all just about taste good. Try tossing them with salt & pepper or salad dressing, some olive oil & lemon juice, or with some fruit seasoning like the one below! You are suppose to have greens in your daily dietary. Greens are good for life now and for longevity!

Note: It's amazing how many "cures" are associated with natures plants like aloe vera & marijuana yet, they still say they have no scientific claim to the benefits? How much more needs to be proof? Picture

Sing it & feel it! Things you should do that will make you feel good

How do you feel today? If you are not feeling like yourself, it could be because of the weather or it's just one of those days
We all have them.
Good thing is, you can do things that will make you feel good and these are some of the things.

Some things that make me feel good is going to the park, going on a walk just me, myself & I. Sometimes with my own personal thoughts & sometimes with some music to help me not to work up too much thoughts.

When I wake up and notice I am not feeling like myself, I dress to impress that day. I put on my best (on any day of the week) & I let it carry me. I put on my cloth & accessorize because accessories always make someone feel a whole lot better!

Colors are mood stimulator, you ain't know?

They are. Get the bright blue/teals, yellows & fuchsia's or any other neon colors out & let it draw you! Put on your favorite ring or bracelets & do your hair like you have been wanting to.

Later on in the day, go to the Art district & see the colors that painters paint with & picture your life as if you were drawing on your own canvas.

Take a dare! I never have done karaoke but when I did, I was hooked! Music, besides colors, also are great mood enhancer & when my favorite song came on I felt as if I was Alicia Keys, Beyonce & Whitney Houston. Yep, I did all 3 Artist & I can't tell you how good I felt afterwards. I was having fun & it felt good! Can't you tell?

Then, think about this when your body is winding down. Your life may have had you down earlier but tell me it couldn't be worse or that it ain't going to get any better?

People of Color: The Melanin Race

I have always, always had a problem with racial classifications. How can you possibly classify race? How can one with the same hair texture, same skin complexion, semi-features be classified under one or the other race?

Many people say there is no such thing as the "His panic" Race. No? Well if this isn't so, then how come his panics are in a separate category than let's say the white race or the black race?

We have all heard if it walks like a duck, talks like one, it is one right?

So, if someone has brown skin, is moreno"brown" or have darker pigment but is His panic, what race is this person? Surprisingly, on the census this person would be categorized as a Caucasian.

A Tribute to the Trails of Tears Tee "Rifles & Bibles"

Spending a long day with Cherokee Natives during the Pow Wow Weekend in TN, Red Mountains,  I became inspired to design a Tee specifically for what happened in that time to them people that slipping from what it seems further and further into history.

Although, Natives have a "reserved" place for their own little existence, National Park's and historical state sites shouldn't be the one addressing Native tales because often what you hear is the one sided version of "history" rather than.

Listening and eventually soaking in the feeling of "disturbance" that I could even hear from Elder Natives who just sat their silent, unspoken.

I felt obligated: Rifles and Bibles. For the weapons used and for the mission of why they came to "explore" and settle on lands already settled in.

This Tee pays a tribute to not only the Cherokee Trails of tears but all Indigenous natives in Melanin populated areas worlwide who have been or are currently being displaced for their own people and land wealth.

Here's a few images from my trip...

John Ross was elected Principal Chief of The Cherokees despite having only 1/8 Cherokee Blood.

Hundreds of "Indians" were Christianized and educated.

This is Brainerd Cemetery where nameless missionaries and some nameless natives rest. TN

In 1838, the first detachment of Cherokee captured by the GA Guards were forced to depart Ross Landing, Chattanooga, TN.

"All of the suffering and the difficulties of the Cherokee People were charged in the accounts of Ridge"...

Walini, 1888. A "Normal" Cherokee looked like this before the forced race intermixing with settlers of the old and Indigenous of the New.
Cherokee Farmstead
This is Sequoyah, often depict as a "White" Native although this is in dispute. Many says he was full blood native and others say he was a Half English man named George Gist, son of a Virgina Fur trader. As you can see from the Farmstead images, a Native then wouldn't look like him unless he was of mix races or as in many cases, the portrays usually "whitened". Whatever the case maybe, he came up with the "Indian" syllabary and with missionary Boudinot, the Indian-English newspaper.

Types of Melanin and what should you should know about Melanin

What primary determines hue man beings skin make up is Melanin. Melanin is the prime determination of the skin tones of people of color. People that do not have black or brown skin or dark dominating eye color or hair color does not have a good source of Melanin production thus, not only having lighter skin but skin that is highly sensitive to the source of Melanin energy which is the Sun.

Melanin isn't only responsible for the pigmentation on natural black, brown or colorful hue's. There is EuMelanin of the skin and Melanin of the Brain. There is also Melanin in the iris and in the inner of our ear.

Our whole body functions on many different dark matters of Melanin. Your skin hue getting browner or darker is Melanin in the Skin and this is just one attribute of Melanin.

There is Skin Melanin but there is also another form of Melanin that is important to the overall brain functioning. This Melanin is called, Neuro-Melanin.

Having a conscious, being humble, naturally happy and even when you feel bad because of something you did, this Brain Activity or Brain Melanin is called Neuro Melanin.

Neuromelanin is also a dark pigment that is present in pigmented neuros. The center control that groups other parts with the central part.

Whites of all ages are more than twice as likely than darker pigment people to have hearing loss. This is due to the lack of Melanin. They comprise 90% of the population who suffer with hearing loss. According to the aging society, amongst the population with hearing loss, only 39% are in good or excellent physical health.

Round the web:
Without melanin coating the inside of your eye and throughout the iris, images passing through the pupil would "bounce" around and form a "fuzzy" image on the back of your eye; this is why people with albinism have poor eyesight. Read more here

Melanistic Animals but what about the Melanistic People?

When I first started doing Melanic Tees, I would do a search for Melanic or Melanistic and Animals with Melanism would always come up. Never People, never black people, never brown or "his panic/latino", never people of color who have Melanin. I don't know why this is. You would think the people would come up who have Melanin, don't you think? If animals come up there is no reason people wouldn't come up. Everyone needs to know about Melanin, what is Melanin,  why melanin is important, who has it, who doesn't it, what does it do, is it good for you, is it bad if you have too much or not enough.

Hopefully when you do a search a few  years from now for MELANIN, I hope you find what Melanin is on MelanicTees!
